This privacy notices discloses Financial Planning’s information gathering and dissemination practices regarding nonpublic personal information about individuals who hire financial services from me.
I may collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
- Information I receive from you in meetings, telephone conferences and correspondence, as well as forms that I may ask you to complete.
- Information about your transaction with me, or others; and
- Information I receive from consumer reporting agency or other service providers.
I may disclose all the information I collect, as described above, to nonaffiliated third parties that perform services on my behalf for my accounts, or otherwise as I am required or permitted by law (e.g. subpoena, fraud investigation, regulatory report, IRS, CFP® Board etc.)
I do seek second opinions from other planners and service providers and I will disclose information relevant to my specific inquiry.
Financial Planning Focus restricts access to your personal and account information to employees and advisors who need to know that information to provide services to you. I maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
I do no provide your personal information to mailing list vendors or solicitors.
I require strict confidentiality in my agreements with unaffiliated third parties that require access to your personal information, including financial service companies, consultants, and auditors for the State securities and the CFP® Board,
If you become an inactive client, I will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.
